I’m Janet Gonzalez, founder of The Sassy Executive Co., with over 20 years of administrative experience helping businesses and organizations run smoothly.
My career began in 2009 at Su’s Creative Corner Preschool, where I advanced from administrator to Director, leading the school through both NAEYC and APPLE Accreditation. With more than 10 years of accreditation expertise, I specialize in portfolios, policy development, compliance, and quality improvement for early learning programs.
In 2018, I joined PSI Security & Investigations, growing from Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to Accounting & Payroll Manager. Along the way, I gained 10+ years in bookkeeping, implemented NetSuite and QuickBooks Online, and refined my skills in payroll, HR, and compliance.
With a B.A. in Business Administration & Human Resources, I’ve built a career on creating structure and efficiency—whether it’s handbooks, policies, training programs, or executive-level support. Now, through The Sassy Executive Co., I help professionals, businesses, and childcare centers achieve success with organization, precision, and just the right touch of style.
